Payment Process

Once a manuscript is officially accepted, the corresponding author will receive detailed bank transfer instructions via email. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the net amount received by the journal matches the applicable fee exactly.

All intermediary bank fees or transaction charges must be borne by the sender.

The camera-ready version of the paper will be sent to the authors for final verification only after the full payment has been successfully cleared.

APC Exemption and Waivers

JET provides full or partial APC exemptions under the following conditions:

• All manuscripts submitted before May 26, 2026, are permanently exempt from the APC.

Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

Authors may withdraw their manuscript free of charge at any stage during the peer-review process prior to official acceptance. However, if a manuscript is withdrawn after it has been officially accepted for publication, a processing penalty will be charged to cover editorial and administrative costs.
